Job Duties - promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;
- promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students;
- participate on University committees;
- perform all clerical duties necessary to operate the School of Business efficiently;
- supervise work-study students assigned to the School of Business;
- maintain all files for the School of Business to include centralized filing of all notes and minutes pertaining to both the School of Business and LMU committee minutes;
- maintain all forms necessary for the functioning of the School of Business;
- provide secretarial support as needed for all assigned Professors and Instructors;
- prepare all correspondence for the Dean, School of Business as required;
- provide reception duties for visitors to the School of Business;
- assist in establishing, monitoring, and maintaining MBA admission files, on-campus and off-campus programs;
- assist in monitoring student records in the completion of program for graduation;
- assist in preparing all MBA files for MBA Admission Committee action;
- dispense information regarding the MBA program on request; prepare semester schedules for mailing to MBA students; prepare student folders for MBA registration; monitor MBA information on LMU Home Page;
- work with other departments as needed in rush situations;
- complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites; and
- perform other duties as assigned.
