Raytheon's Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) seeks an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support products in McKinney, TX on 2nd shift. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and other assemblers/testers.
What You Will Do - Bond with resins and adhesives using shop processes for bonding and curing
- Assemble components using torque tools and other manual tools following assembly instructions and drawings
- Work with various materials such as compaction bags, air tools, and calibrated equipment.
Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
- Experience in assembly

Qualifications We Prefer - Work experience using hand tools
- Bonding and curing experience
- Experience using hand/calibrated tools
- Experience reading drawings
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrated motivation for continuous improvement.
- Basic computer skills
- Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.
