Assistant Apprentice – Cemetery Industry (Tinton Falls, NJ)

Location: Tinton Falls, New Jersey
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful  Assistant Apprentice to support our leadership team in the  cemetery management and acquisition business . This is a hands-on learning role designed for someone eager to grow, contribute daily, and develop expertise in a specialized industry.

You’ll be involved in research, follow-up, acquisitions, communications, and execution of new ideas—all while learning the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Conduct industry, market, and property research to support acquisitions and business development.
• Follow-Up & Communication: Communicate professionally via phone and email with stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Project Execution: Help turn ideas into results by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• AI Utilization: Use AI tools effectively to research, draft, analyze, and streamline work.
• Learning the Industry: Gain knowledge of cemetery operations, acquisitions, and management while supporting leadership on diverse projects.
• Daily Results: Deliver consistent, measurable results on assigned projects and responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
✅ Comfortable with  AI tools (ChatGPT, research automation, data analysis, etc.)and open to learning new technologies.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to execute tasks reliably and on time.
✅ Self-starter who can learn quickly and adapt to different responsibilities.
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if you bring the right skill set and drive.
