Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

•Manage the flow of loaner fleet across multiple franchises.

•Create strategy to balance number of available units.

•Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of service loaner program

guidelines.

•Monitors mileage and arranges maintenance of loan car vehicles at required

mileage intervals.

•Oversee loaner car scheduling and maintenance.

•Manage the administration of loaner vehicles to customers.

•Prepares loan car reports and tracks whereabouts and turnover time on loan car

vehicles every day.

•Transition loaner vehicles into and out of service fleet.

•Arranges for repairs of damaged or malfunctioning cars.

•Ensures that cars are clean and operable before delivery to customers.

Requirements and skills

•Proven work experience as an Inventory or Fleet Manager or similar role.

•Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

•Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed.

•Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments.

Job Type: Full-time/ Pay: Starting at $50,000/year depending on experience.
