Looking for a good manager / advisor to take over my shop . We are busy and always growing. I'm currently looking into opening up a 2nd location so I need someone to oversee things here. If you have a positive attitude and are looking to better yourself and your career please send me a message. This is a smaller ( 7bay ) shop , and at this time I need someone that can also write service. If you don't have an extensive background in service writing and aren't comfortable with selling this probably isn't a good fit for you. Your pay is based on performance and the sky's the limit.

Automotive General Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least three years of experience, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.
You will oversee daily operations and assist sales and service managers in setting big but realistic goals. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Must have experience in sales / service writing
- Recruit, hire, and train service advisors and technicians
- Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the shop
- Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with customers
- Implement growth strategies that align with automotive shop objectives
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy
- Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle sales, and the automotive industry as a whole
Qualifications - Three or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for an automotive repair shop
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends
- Possess a state-issued drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
- Having a background as a technician or service advisor is preferable
