Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with occasional opportunities for overtime based on business needs. Requirements for this Bank Teller jobTo excel as a Bank Teller at Texas Republic Bank, you should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with customers and coworkers. Proficiency in basic math and computer skills is important for accurately processing transactions and using banking software. Prior experience in a cash-handling or customer service role is beneficial but not required - we provide training for the right candidate.
