We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our REMOTE team of agents. for one the country’s leading healthcare providers. We need agents who can speak Spanish/English and other agents who can speak Cantonese | Chinese | English.

Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:

• Customer Service, answering inbound or making outbound calls
• Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies.
• Communicate with patients/medical professionals
• Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
• Good work ethic and attendance
• Must be able to work a 40 hour shift.

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Hours M-F 9a-5:30p

• 8 hour shift
