Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a direct-hire Business Operations Analyst to join their busy team in Washington, DC! If you are highly professional and have strong previous administrative support experience, apply now!

About the Job:

• Support calendar management by scheduling meetings, calls, and events.
• Generate reports and presentations for supervisors and the department.
• Handle system updates, budget maintenance, and file maintenance.
• Act as an administrative liaison for both internal and external parties.
• Support special projects and related tasks as assigned.

About You:

• 3+ years of administrative support experience required; Professional services or legal experience is preferred.
• An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and meeting platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with a collaborative mindset.

About the Position:

• $58K-$72K (DOE).
• Comprehensive benefits package with generous time-off policy!
• Hybrid, 3x/week on-site in the Washington, DC office!
