SUMMARY
Drive enterprise-wide organizational change for the organization's strategic technology programs by defining and executing end-to-end change management strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics.
Partner with executives, program teams, and functional leaders to enable smooth transitions, maximize user adoption, and ensure measurable business readiness across global initiatives.
