Responsibilities Oversee and provide executive leadership to nursing organization. Responsible for the development of overall strategic nursing plans. Collaborate with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards for the nursing departments. Develop and implement a program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care provided by the organization. Evaluate the function and structure of assigned areas to best determine the allocation and utilization of services and budgets appropriately according to strategic goals. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare. Leder Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required. Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Master's degree required. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
