About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to serve as an executive-level leader in all facets of human resources and talent management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's strategic plan, with a strong focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role involves fostering a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and building and maintaining the company's culture. The Chief People Officer will also be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, using data and workforce analytics to drive decisions, and will be skilled in compensation strategy and staff development. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least six years of professional experience in HR and administration, including three years in a management role. The role requires a deep understanding of managerial, leadership, and business management principles, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, and budget management. Essential skills include the ability to analyze complex information, communicate effectively, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
