About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategic goals, maintaining and enhancing firm culture, and overseeing all aspects of the employee experience. This includes managing the employee recognition program, developing and implementing training programs, leading employee communications, and ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment. The Chief People Officer will also be involved in human resource management, including professional staff recruitment and retention, managing employee relations and performance issues, and overseeing the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Applicants for the Chief People Officer position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' of HR experience, with at least five years' in a leadership role. While not mandatory, law firm experience is preferred. The role requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, as well as experience with sensitive employment investigations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in conflict resolution, be proficient in the Microsoft suite, and have familiarity with ADP. The position demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to travel as needed, and a commitment to upholding the firm's values and client service standards.
