Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Construction Skilled Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure distances from grade stakes, drive stakes, and stretch tight lines.
• Assist in bolting, nailing, aligning, and blocking under forms.
• Signal operators of construction or asphalt equipment for alignment, movement, and adjustments to meet grade specifications.
• Level earth or asphalt to precise specifications using various hand tools, such as picks, shovels, and rakes.
• Mix concrete and apply caulking compounds efficiently.
• Handle tasks such as sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, and mounting pipe hangers.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to climb on and off equipment safely.
• Availability to work an average of ten (10) hours per day, five days a week, with the possibility of occasional six-day weeks.
• Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including Florida's heat and rain, and in close proximity to heavy highway traffic.
