JOB SUMMARY:
The successful Copywriter will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining all core brand messaging, positioning, and technical copywriting relevant to EASE’s solutions, services, and operations.
This individual develops and edits internal & external corporate communications that maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity suitable for B2B audiences. These include executive-level talking points, presentations, internal communications, press releases, social media & web content, articles, customer presentations & sales collateral, and other communications. This role requires a strategic thinker with sound judgment and the ability to deliver quality communications over short deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Create and disseminate compelling, effective copy for external & internal-facing marketing materials, such as website content, emails, and social media posts, company-wide announcements, and email updates.
• Work cross-functionally to create compelling and effective copy for customer-facing communication including sales presentations, and special event marketing efforts.
• Develop and craft executive-level writing for speeches, presentations, talking points, and company communications.
• Work in partnership with the Marketing team’s Graphic Designers on all aspects of written communications.
• Develop, measure and report on the success of marketing materials, using metrics such as website traffic, email open rates, and conversions. Apply learnings to copywriting and core messaging.
• Manage version control of all EASE’s collateral, marketing assets, and materials.
• Manage and maintain brand messaging guidebook/guidelines to uphold the brand style, voice, and tone as it relates to all written and published communications.
• Develop an annual plan, content and submissions industry awards.
• Work collaboratively and with outside vendors and agency partners on all written marketing materials.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s marketing copywriting process and oversee internal and external consistency in messaging.

QUALIFICIATIONS:
Education
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, or related field required. MBA, preferred.
Additional Requirements
• A minimum of 4 years’ writing experience (with Bachelor’s) required OR a minimum of 6 years’ writing experience (with Associate’s) required.
• Professional writing, digital marketing/SEO/content marketing work required, preferably B2B.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices is required.
• Experience with content management systems, email marketing software, WordPress, and other content management systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
