NON CALL CRNA Opportunity!

ASPA offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

Starting Salary $190K

Salary based on years' experience, up to $260K base salary for experienced CRNAs

$100,000 sign on bonus for 3-year commitment!

Other sign-on bonus options are available for 1- and 2-year commitments.

No weekends or call shifts

10-hour shift stipend between the hours of 4pm - 6pm

W2 or 1099, full-time and part-time positions
Premium and incentive shifts available at some sites
Outpatient-only positions available at 6 different surgery centers
4, 8, 10, 12 and 13 hour shifts available; guaranteed hours
6 weeks PTO, 7 paid holidays

Collaborative and Progressive Anesthesia Care Team Model

For over 30 years, ASPA's commitment to excellence in caregiver experience and in patient care has enabled us to remain the largest anesthesia group in Delaware, and one of the largest private practice anesthesia groups in the country. We currently provide services at 3 hospitals, 3 office-based practices, and 7 ASCs across Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Our prime location in northern Delaware is in the heart of the beautiful Brandywine River Valley, only a 40-minute commute from Center City Philadelphia. The greater Philadelphia area is a prime location on the East Coast, less than 2 hours by car/train from major cities such as Washington, D.C., Baltimore and New York, and an hour from both beach & mountain resort areas. With a lower cost of living than many other metropolitan areas and nationally renowned school systems, northern Delaware & southeastern Pennsylvania are an ideal setting for new graduates & experienced applicants alike.

Due to ASPA's ongoing expansion, we are actively recruiting CRNAs and SRNAs currently enrolled in accredited training programs. Our CRNA team is highly skilled and enjoys multiple opportunities for professional growth, leadership and clinical skill development.
