Customer Service Representative (Remote | $40-$45/hr)
Sutherland Breezy is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team.
You will provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support to clients through phone, chat, and email while upholding our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy
Provide product and service information clearly and efficiently
Resolve customer issues while maintaining professionalism
Record and update all interactions in company systems
Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 12 years in a customer-service or client-facing role preferred
Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills encouraged to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation and Schedule
Hourly Rate: $40-$45 USD

Schedule: MondayFriday (flexible shifts)
