Job Description: Perform daily operational tasks in the data center, including system monitoring, hardware checks, and facility inspections. Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure issues (e.g., servers, storage, network equipment). Perform routine tasks such as racking/stacking of hardware, cable patching, and physical inventory checks. Coordinate with vendors for hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure proper documentation of assets and update logs or systems accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure data center environment. Respond to incidents according to defined SLA and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations. Basic understanding of server hardware, cabling, and networking. Physically fit to handle equipment and work in a cold environment. Good communication skills and a team player.
