Job Description Key responsibilities and day-to-day activities for the Director of Sales include: Leading & Coaching : Managing, mentoring, and developing a sales team, focusing on skill development, process discipline, and quota attainment. Building the Playbook : Designing, documenting, and implementing scalable sales processes from lead qualification to close. Driving Results : Achieving revenue goals, ensuring consistent quota attainment for each Account Executive, and optimizing sales metrics. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in a start-up SaaS sales environment with at least 2-3 years managing a team of closers in a transactional sales environment Ideal candidates will come from a freemium to premium subscription model Must be a strong mentor and coach and have a desire to lead and manage from the front lines Location & Travel Candidates can be located within the Eastern or Central time zones and will work in a remote environment, with an expectation to travel to Boston 1x per quarter. For candidates based in the Greater Boston, MA area, this will be a hybrid-based work environment.
