**Director, Talent Acquisition, CoverMyMeds**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented, collaborative Talent Acquisition leader to partner with business leaders to develop hiring forecasts, build talent acquisition strategy and drive the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent while leading, growing and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team.
**Additional Key Responsibilities:**
* Build strong relationships and consult with business and HR partners to drive the recruiting and selection process
* Be a key advisor and advocate for our employment brand and find new ways to engage the best talent across our industries and geographies
* Measure sourcing and recruitment activities and evolve practices to stay ahead of industry trends
**Required Qualifications:**
* 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience leading a business talent acquisition function
* Proven track record of developing creative sourcing recruiting strategies in a high-growth business and/or technology-enabled business model.
* Experience working in a matrixed organization with a geographically distributed workforce.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree.
