A growing and well-respected defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Employment Defense Attorney (5+ years) to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of employment defense litigation , including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Handle a mix of single-plaintiff and class action employment matters , including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other substantive motions.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and client communications.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys or paralegals as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of employment defense litigation experience.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar .
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent judgment and ability to manage cases autonomously.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
