The Opportunity The Epic Release Manager will lead any and all build and software releases for Epic at MGB Health Plan. The resource will be responsible for coordinating application support and environment management with MGB Digital and eCare teams and providing system expertise to Health Plan IT leadership and end-users. Accountable for the overall system environments, operations, upgrades, and change management of Health Plan instance of Epic Clinical Data Exchange, Compass Rose, Tapestry applications. Reporting directly to Senior Manager IT Operations, Health Plan Epic Release Manager executes tasks as assigned by their leadership and in their project plans for the implementation of Health Plan Epic Build and software releases.Qualifications
