Job Title: ETL Developer

Location: Austin, TX 78751 - Hybrid
Duration 12 months+

We are seeking a highly experienced ETL/Data Quality Engineer with deep expertise in Informatica, data integration, SQL, testing, and Python scripting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, performance management systems, and test automation. You will play a key role in designing and implementing ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting the development and validation of data analytics platforms, including those leveraging AI.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience (8+ Years Required in the Following):

• ETL Development: Designing and developing mappings and workflows to automate ETL processes using Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter .
• Data Integration: Acquiring and integrating data from diverse sources such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF into visualization platforms like Tableau .
• SQL Scripting: Writing complex, optimized SQL queries for data analysis and transformation.
• Data Analysis: Acting as a Data Analyst in performance management, analytics, or data warehousing projects.
• Technical Documentation: Creating clear technical documents and diagrams using Visio, Erwin , and the Microsoft Office Suite .
• Python Scripting: Developing Python scripts for data validation, automation, and quality assurance.
• Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and managing defects; collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Testing: Creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements to ensure quality and performance.
• Risk Assessment: Assessing and communicating potential risks related to testing and implementation.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, time management, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Professionalism: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation Frameworks: Experience improving or maintaining automation frameworks to enhance test coverage and features.
• Test Suites: At least 4 years' experience in building or using automated regression and functional test suites , ideally with AI enhancements.
• AI & Observability: Familiarity with AI platforms and observability tools for validating AI-integrated products and systems.
• Innovation: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in software quality or test automation strategies.
