About the Role

DRG is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader eager to grow with a fast-expanding company. The General Manager (GM) will build and develop a high-performing team, oversee recruiting, training, management, P&L, and daily operations to ensure excellent customer service, quality food, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The GM will also communicate effectively with leadership and uphold the company's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-potential team members into leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• At least two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and write in English.
• Current Health Card as per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass criminal background and MVR checks.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification.
• Expected 50-hour workweek.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
