Moderating mild to moderately sensitive content.
Staying updated on products and community standards.
Reviewing comments videos and posts for guideline compliance.
Addressing account support requests and content reports.
Providing highquality support to users.
Using marketspecific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
Analyzing data for better user experience.
Enforcing platform policies and addressing abuse reports.
Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Recognizing trends and escalating issues beyond standard procedures.
Fluent in German.
Working proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience with content moderation preferred.
Familiarity with Social Media platforms.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
