We are seeking a compassionate, discreet, and professional individual to provide personal care assistance and household support at the 1752 Estate. This role centers on helping a recent stroke survivor who is largely independent, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the household. The ideal candidate combines the attentiveness of a home health aide with the professionalism of private service staff.

Primary Responsibilities (Personal Care)

• Assist a stroke survivor with daily needs including exercise routines, occasional restroom support, dressing, and general mobility.
• Monitor wellbeing and provide a safe, supportive presence throughout the day.
• Prepare nutritious, healthy meals aligned with dietary preferences; assist with feeding if necessary; clean up afterward.
• Manage personal laundry, including clothing, linens, bedding, and towels.
• Provide dignified, respectful assistance while fostering independence.

Secondary Responsibilities (Household Support)

• Support household operations under the guidance of the Household Executive Assistant.
• Maintain household cleanliness and organization, including upkeep of shared spaces and seasonal tasks.
• Ensure the pool is properly maintained and safe for use.
• Assist with casual and occasional formal meal service for principals and guests.
• Uphold a fragrance-free, quiet household environment sensitive to the principals’ preferences.
• Collaborate with team members, assisting as needed to complete daily tasks efficiently.

• Confidentiality and discretion are essential; no personal discussions, gossip, or unnecessary conversation with principals or guests.
• Professional, positive, and solution-focused demeanor at all times.
• Stealth service: complete tasks discreetly, minimizing disruption to principals.
• Respectful, compassionate approach to caregiving, balancing independence with support.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
• Availability during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm) with flexibility for special events or needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a home health aide, CNA, or caregiver strongly preferred.
• Comfort with personal care duties, including mobility support and exercise assistance.
• Experience in private service, hospitality, or household management a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to anticipate needs and provide discreet, world-class service.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
