HR CONSULTANT
Brown Electrical Services, LLC is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Independent HR Consultant. The candidate will advise and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. Provide guidance on employee relations, handbook compliance, and ensuring that all our HR practices are in compliance with City, State, and Federal Guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar role.
Clear and strong understanding of HR practices, payroll, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
Ability to manage complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
