Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient HVAC solutions tailored to their needs. We specialize in mobile home installs locally and in Houston. We do not work in an attic on a daily basis. 

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Weld and fabricate components as necessary for system installations or repairs.
• Collaborate with design teams to create efficient HVAC system layouts that meet client specifications.
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems when applicable for specific installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations and repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role with a strong background in equipment repair and service technician duties.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues effectively.
• Familiarity with refrigerants, welding techniques, and ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance principles related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC installation are a plus but not mandatory.
• EPA and TDLR registration required
