Job Description
Seeking a trustworthy and motivated HVAC Technician that is also skilled in Plumbing and Electrical Service
Key responsibilities
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on existing systems, such as cleaning coils and filters, lubricating parts, and checking electrical connections.
Repair:
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in the electronic, mechanical, and electrical parts of HVAC equipment.
Troubleshooting:
Identify the source of problems in a system and make necessary repairs or component replacements.
Client communication:
Explain system issues and repair recommendations to customers, and provide tips for optimal system performance.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Compliance:
Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
Emergency response:
Handle emergency calls and perform on-call duties as needed.
Installation:
Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation components.
