Join Our Team of Independent Contractors in Pittsburgh, PA!

Are you ready to take charge of your workday and deliver smiles across Pittsburgh? Capstone Logistics is seeking Independent Contractors with vehicles (2013 or newer) to deliver groceries to local residences.

With a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service, you'll be delivering 2-4 orders per hour (depending on your vehicle size) from our Fulfillment Center right to the customer's door. No shopping, no unattended deliveries – just efficient and rewarding local routes!

What We’re Offering

• Flexible Shifts : Work when it suits you, with 7 days of availability:
• 8 AM – 4 PM
• 9 AM – 6 PM
• 10 AM – 7 PM
• 11 AM – 8 PM
• Competitive Pay :
• $4.00 per delivery PLUS TIPS
• Deliver 2-3 orders per hour = $18-$20/hour average
• Guaranteed minimum base pay of $120 per day
• Fast & Reliable Payment : Weekly pay via direct deposit or prepaid card.
• Minimal Deductions : Keep more of your earnings.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable Vehicles : You must provide your own vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van with ample space).
• Professionalism : Punctuality, friendliness, and strong communication are non-negotiable.
• Physical Readiness : Heavy lifting is part of the job!

Simple Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance (your name must be listed).
• A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report.
• A smartphone for route management and communication.
• Dedication: No call/no-shows and unapproved absences will result in termination.
