Pathway Health is looking for experienced registered nurses (RN) that are interested in interim leadership opportunities. Our Consultants provide a wide range of on-site professional consulting services to our post-acute and aging services clients.


Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway's robust benefit package, as well as incentives!


Wage: $45-$50 per hour

Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:

• Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested
• Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary
• Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
• Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
• Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations

Nurse Consultant-Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Must have a current a current MN RN License or willing to obtain
• Must have one year of long-term care experience, management experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation
• Must be flexible for travel throughout the states of MN & WI
