JOB DESCRIPTION
Attention all you creative, undiscovered graphic designers! Gemini is seeking a talented, reliable Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative department on a contract basis. This position offers flexible hours, with up to 10 hours per week, depending on workflow. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by creating visually appealing assets that align with our clients' goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the in-house departments to create engaging visuals for clients across various platforms.
- Design social media images, infographics, email graphics, landing pages, print assets and assist with video editing as needed.
- Understand the purpose and goals of each project to ensure the visual assets effectively communicate the desired message.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity and persona across all design elements.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of design principles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Aftereffect's)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design projects and demonstrating a range of skills.
