Job Description

Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $19.00/hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd 

Hours: 1:00pm - 9:30pm (Monday - Friday) or 9:00pm - 5:30am (Sunday - Thursday), Overtime as Needed

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products using statistical process control techniques
- Mark defects and discard defective products into the designated scrap box
- Operate trim press to remove excess material
- Remove irregularities from products using hand and power tools
- Adjust and change tools to proper specifications as necessary and record data
- Arrange for machine repairs

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing required
- Longevity in work history and good attendance record
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Able to read, write and understand English 
- Able to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 45lbs
- Able to work in hot environment
- Able to work in a team
