Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and property management industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the community and guest services teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $48,000-50,000/year

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance and hands-on support for property upkeep
• Manage maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• Coordinate with vendors and local officials to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Oversee community groundskeeping, curb appeal, and pool maintenance to maintain high standards
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and complete work orders efficiently and accurately

What's Needed?

• Proven experience leading a maintenance team or managing vendor relationships
• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related fields
• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or carpentry is preferred
• Ability to operate a vehicle legally with a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
