Job Description

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Medical Device Production Operator to join their team. As a Medical Device Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting high-quality production of life-saving medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Title: Medical Device Production Operator

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Pay Range: $21.50/hr

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist in the assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure high-quality production
• Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing activities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
• Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety equipment at all times

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision
• Ability to handle small components and make critical decisions
