We are currently seeking a
Medical Research Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON. The
Medical Research Representative supports daily clinic operations to ensure smooth execution of clinical research studies. You will focus on maintaining study readiness, supporting staff with essential tasks, and ensuring participants’ needs are met in line with study requirements.
Title: Medical Research Representative
Job Type: Full Time
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: 100% on site Salt Lake City UT
What you will be doing - Maintain clinic supplies and ensure study-specific materials are stocked and available.
- Coordinate and track study meals, ensuring the correct number of meals are ordered and are within study compliance.
- Print, organize, and file laboratory results and other essential study documents.
- Manage stipend entry and payment processes for study participants.
- Provide general administrative support to clinical staff to help ensure smooth day-to-day study operations.
- Support study teams in various clinic activities as needed, including preparation for subject visits.
Your profile - A strong command of both English and the host country's language is essential, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. qualification
- If you possess an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related area, or have equivalent work experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you.
- 1+ years of experience performing administrative job duties in a cross functional environment
