Design Mastermind: Shape Our Brand Across Every Channel (Hybrid/Remote)

Turf Distributors is searching for a passionate and versatile Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You'll be the visual architect, crafting impactful graphics and layouts for everything from web pages and social media to print materials and in-store displays.

In this role, you'll:

• Unleash your creativity on a variety of projects: landing pages, social media graphics, print materials, event signage, and more.
• Be part of bringing the marketing vision to life. Translate the strategies into visuals that resonate and engage.
• Leverage your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels (bonus points for HTML/CSS knowledge!).
• Analyze data and use insights to inform design decisions. (Think A/B testing for landing pages!)
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced hybrid remote environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience creating captivating designs for both digital and print media.
• Possesses a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and technical skills.
• Enjoys teamwork and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Can adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. (Bonus points for consumer industry experience!)

Desired Skills:

• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their application to design for engagement and conversions.
