Job Description

Day to Day Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, troubleshooting user issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution. Guide and support users in effective navigation and use of NetSuite features and tools. Maintain a strong architectural understanding of the NetSuite OneWorld environment, including segment configuration and global business processes. Leverage in-depth knowledge of core business processes such inWMS/NetSuite. Manage approval workflows, create and modify Advanced PDF templates, and customize system reports and saved searches to meet business requirements. Configure user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access and security compliance. Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new NetSuite features and business unit integrations. Support system integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms. Develop and deliver effective NetSuite training to users at all levels of the organization. Promote a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented environment within the broader ERP and business systems team. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, industry regulations, and IT best practices. About You Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (preferred) 3-5 years of NetSuite experience in an administrator or analyst role NetSuite Administrator Certification (highly preferred) Strong technical knowledge of NetSuite capabilities, SuiteScript, and platform frameworks Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment Experience in project planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
