Responsibilities:

• Oversee physician credentialing, scheduling, and insurance coordination

• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and company protocols

• Serve as liaison between the President, radiologists, hospitals, and vendor partners

• Oversee administrative and business operations on behalf of the President

• Coordinate IT and operational needs across multiple healthcare sites

• Lead or support special projects, vendor selection, and growth initiatives

• Monitor and refine administrative workflows for consistency and accuracy

• Communicate updates and priorities across the organization

• Support risk management, insurance renewals, and data reporting as needed

• Implement and monitor standardized processes across the organization

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies

• Establish business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability

• Drive process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

• Lead special projects by setting objectives, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating cross-functional teams

• Support and execute new business growth initiatives

• Communicate organizational updates clearly and consistently

• Use problem-solving, data management, and customer service to manage daily operations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience

• Committed to ongoing professional development

• Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities

• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing under pressure

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Advanced computer proficiency

• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly with physicians and healthcare professionals

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
