Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant (Functional / Technical)

Location: Open / As per project

Experience: 4–10 years

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

We are looking for experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultants to support and deliver EPM implementations across planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial consolidation. The role involves working closely with finance and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM applications
2. Work on Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Consolidation processes
3. Develop and manage EPM reports, dashboards, and analytics
4. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
5. Configure business rules, metadata, data integrations, and security
6. Support month-end/quarter-end close and financial reporting cycles
7. Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
8. Collaborate with ERP, data, and reporting teams for end-to-end integration

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in Oracle EPM (Functional or Technical)
2. Hands-on exposure to one or more:
3. Planning / PBCS
4. FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close)
5. Financial Reporting / Narrative Reporting
6. ARCS (Account Reconciliation)
7. Good understanding of finance concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
8. Experience with data integration tools (Data Management, ODI, FDMEE – preferred)
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

1. Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience
2. Exposure to ERP integrations (Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS)
3. Client-facing or consulting background
