Job Summary

As a Part-Time Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing essential warehouse activities. This includes pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify counts and locations, and operating equipment. You will also act as an Omni Experience Ambassador, engaging with all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in order pulling is preferred.
• Experience in big box/wholesale retail is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanner technology is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

• Engage in continuous movement on hard surfaces and the ability to bend, climb, reach, and stoop.
• Frequently lift objects up to 30 pounds; may require assistance for heavier items.
• Work in environments that may be near moving machinery or fluctuating temperatures.
• Occasional exposure to company-approved cleaning agents.

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency requirements, the starting pay for this position is $16.50, with actual salaries varying based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
