Pay for this position starts at $17 / Hour! This position with Atlantic Aviation requires availability for any/all shifts as well as overtime, weekends, holidays, and on call.  Responsibilities Passenger Services Agent Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met

Required Skills Passenger Services Agent Qualifications  

• Customer service/hospitality experience
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 18 years of age
• A valid state driver’s license
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
