We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is eager to learn, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, patients, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring thorough documentation at each visit.
• Analyze test results and determine appropriate follow-up care and treatment plans.
• Adhere to OSHA Universal Precautions and all clinical safety standards.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting established clinical benchmarks.
