The Opportunity:

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. Through advanced technology and a team-based approach, we care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. \n
• Requires a variable core shift and additional schedule, 2-6 hours in length, that can vary from 10 hours per week to 40+ hours per week based on business needs. Current business needs are 20+ hours per week.
\n
• Variable core shift will include 5 hour shifts every Saturday OR Sunday
\n
• Requires four 4 hour holiday shifts, 2 of which need to be Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years day. 
\n
• This is a non-benefitted role

What you’ll be working on:

\n

\n
• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
\n
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
\n
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
\n

\n

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

\n

\n
• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification 
\n
• Currently licensed in DC with ability to obtain additional state licenses
\n
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
\n
\n
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sunday required)
\n
\n
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings 
\n
• Excellent clinical and communication skills  
\n

This is a non-benefitted role.

The base hourly range for this role is $56.50 to $63.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule plus evening and weekend differential. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience, physical location (state you live in) and patient care schedule. For more information, visit
