Our clinic provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in a supportive, collaborative, and family-centered environment. We are dedicated to empowering children and their families with the tools they need to thrive-at home, at school, and in the community.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The PT will evaluate, plan, and provide individualized treatment for children with a variety of needs, including gross motor development, gait training, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based, play-centered approaches.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in EMR system.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state PT license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
