We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our distribution team in Pennsauken, NJ. Receiving Associate - Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Pennsauken, NJ | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $20/hr

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring accurate counts and identifying any damages or discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move and store materials.
• Break down pallets, label and sort products, and properly record all items in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Stage, put away, and organize inventory in designated pick faces or overflow areas.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including replenishments, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Certified and experienced reach truck operator preferred (training verification required).
• 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving experience, ideally in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the workday.
• Team player with solid communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with WMS or ERP systems is a plus.
