Commercial Real Estate company located in Woodland Hills, CA. We are looking for a temporary Receptionist to start mid October and cover for 2 a week assignment.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Answer phone calls.
• Coordinate tenant repairs with maintenance manager and vendors.
• Handle tenant requests.
• Assist President with certain tasks.
• Run day to day office operations.
• Manage a calendar and oversee all appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Requirements:• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel & Internet.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Friendly and professional.
