Job Description

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually DOE

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in our recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from collaborating with hiring managers to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a drive for results, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize utilization of technology to maintain an effective and efficient recruiting process
  • Manage HR tech platforms to ensuring accuracy of data and standardization of workflows
  • Train hiring managers on HR tech platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening of applicants, including resume reviews, skills assessments, and initial interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and the overall hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 proven experiences as a Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting in the logistics industry and for various job functions and levels.
  • Ability to leverage social media and other recruiting channels effectively to reach potential candidates.
