Overview ENERGY BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT - JACKSON/PEARL, MS Position: Red Bull Driver/Sales The Red Bull Driver Sell is responsible for the replenishment ordering/inventory management to maximize sales and minimize out of date and out of stock occurrences. The main focus will be on sales growth of the Independent Channel to include the growth of VIP partnership agreements, as well as market execution in the independent grocery/convenience channel with an emphasis on Multiple Points of Distribution and Cold Availability. This salesperson will also provide sales and development support to new hires. Responsibilities Conduct a complete sales call on all assigned accounts on the proper day and in the established sequence. Sell, deliver and merchandise all Red Bull products in accordance with the standards of RBNA. Work with all retailers to equalize order quantities between their scheduled deliveries. Load/unload and place Red Bull refrigeration equipment and metal merchandising racks in accounts. Ensure all paper and permanent Point of Sale is used in the proper manner and quantity. Keep marketing plan and all tracking charts updated daily. Actively participate in all incentive programs. Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers and employees of your assigned accounts. Be aware of all competitive activity and opportunities to increase sales in your assigned accounts. Advise and train the retailers and their employees in the proper methods of selling, merchandising, and pricing of the products you supply to them. Properly check in at the end of the day with correct quantities of inventory, money, and invoices for the completed day sales. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of GDH. Obey all GDH Company policies, while acting in a professional manner in all accounts. Dress and maintain personal appearance in a professional manner in accordance to company policies and procedures. Always practice safe work habits. Report all accidents and injuries to immediate supervisors immediately. Other duties as assigned.
