• Salary: $65K to $75K

Position Overview
Based in Minneapolis, we are an accounting firm focused primarily on serving small businesses, S-Corps, and more! We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support our overall financial health by providing timely reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurate.
• Assist with month-end close processes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting.
• Utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with bank reconciliation and month-end closing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Tax experience is nice to have
