We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Restoration Technician to assist in disaster recovery and property restoration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to learn the trade.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in water damage extraction, drying, and structural cleaning
• Help with fire and smoke damage cleanup and odor removal
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and basic repair work
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photos
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Must be able to work occasional on-call shifts, evenings, or weekends
